FQA1a: I have NOT received the email for convocation but I can fill up the convocation form. Is there any problem?

Reply1a: It is ok, it is fine without receiving the email, the most important thing is can fill up the convocation form. The reason for NOT receiving the email at Inbox, could be due to the email send to Junk Box or Spam......

It does NOT matter without receiving the convo email, as long as you can fill up the convocation form, receive the Queue Number by 10th October 2022, and you can attend the convocation ceremony.

FQA1b: When the convocation will be held? The convocation will be held in 2 days (15th and 16th October 2022) or one day only, that is on 15th October 2022?

Reply1: The convocation will be held on 15th October 2022 (Saturday), one (1) day only.

FQA2b: The convocation session will be held in the morning or afternoon (15th October 2022)?








































FQA3: Why there is no Queue Number on my confirmation form?
Reply3: Queue number will be ready 1 (one) week before convocation date, around 06th to 10th October 2022.



















FQA4: Why I cannot login to KPT website to fill up the tracer study?
(Not: KPT : Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi)
Reply4: Tracer study in KPT website will be ready after 10th October 2022

FQA5: How much do I need to pay for convo fee?
Reply5: The total convo fee to pay is RM500

FQA6: How much do I need to top-up for convo fee?
Reply6: (1) Check the amount balance (RM xyz) at Account Statement (2) RM500 - RM xzy = amount to top-up 


























FQA7: In the case of extra money at Account Statement, when can I get a refund?
Reply7: After convocation on 15th October 2022, you can send an email to convo.finance@aeu.edu.my to request for refund (refer to Sample Letter)

FQA8: I have paid the convo fee but the Account Statement still not updated. What should I do now?
Reply8: Fill up the Google Form in the following link, and Shingo will inform the AeU Finance accordingly.





































FQA9: Robe collection (when & where) 
Reply9: All Shingo students are belong to Academic Programmes.

FQA10: In the case of I am not able collect the robe on Friday (14th October 2022), can I ask my friend to collect for me?
Reply10: Yes. You can, you just need to download, print and fill up the Proxy Form and present it at the counter (the point of robe collection)

FQA12: Can I borrow the robe for 1 (one) week for family photoshoot
Reply12: For the robe and photography matters, you can contact the vendor directly.

FQA13: How can I confirm my name in convocation list for this year (15th October 2022)?
Reply13: Once you receive the Queue Number, it means confirmed. The Queue Number will be ready by 10th October 2022.

FQA14: What is the dress code for the convocation ceremony?
Reply14: It is a formal wear or baju kebangsaan
















FQA15: In the case of any arising problems, who can I contact?
Reply15: Refer to the table for the list for contacts for convocation matters
